At Novex Home Decor, we are committed to ensuring your beautiful new home decor arrives safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand our processes and timelines.

Shipping Destinations:

We currently ship to addresses within India.

Processing Time:

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, our team will process it within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may slightly increase. You will receive an email notification with your order confirmation once your order has been processed.

Shipping Time:

The estimated delivery time for your order will depend on your location and the distance from our dispatch center. Generally, you can expect your order to arrive within 3 to 9 business days after it has been shipped.

Please note that this is an estimated timeframe and actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as:

  • Distance: Locations further away from our dispatch center will naturally take longer to reach.
  • Logistical factors: Unexpected delays in transit by our shipping partners can occasionally occur.
  • Local holidays and festivals: Shipping services may experience delays during major holidays and festivals.

Impact of Weather Conditions:

While we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible, adverse weather conditions can sometimes lead to unavoidable delays in transportation. In the event of significant weather disruptions that may impact the estimated delivery timeframe, we will make our best effort to notify you via email or phone. We appreciate your understanding in such situations as the safety of our delivery partners and the integrity of your package are our top priorities.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the courier's website. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment and get real-time updates on its estimated delivery date.  

 

 

Delivery Information:

  • Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete, including your full name, street address, city, state, and correct pin code. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • Our delivery partners will typically attempt to deliver the package to your doorstep. If you are unavailable to receive the delivery, they may attempt delivery on a subsequent day or leave a notification card with instructions on how to collect your package from their local office.
  • Optional: You can mention if signature is required upon delivery for certain order values.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

While we take utmost care in packaging your order to prevent damage during transit, unforeseen circumstances can occur. If your package arrives damaged, please:

  1. Note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing.
  2. Take clear photographs of the damaged packaging and the damaged items.
  3. Contact our customer support team within 1 days of receiving your order with the photographs and your order details.

We will assess the damage and work with you to find a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or a refund.

In the rare event that your package is lost in transit, please contact our customer support team. We will investigate the issue with the shipping carrier and work towards a resolution.
